What products to use with the Marcia Brazilian Keratin Treatment

First you cannot wash your hair for 3 or 4 days with the treatment.  So to get you by for a couple days you might think of using a dry shampoo.  But you have to be careful of the ingredients.  No Sulfates, Parabens, Sodium Chloride.  So try Unite Dry Shampoo.  Make sure that you shake the can before you use it.  This shampoo doesn’t make  your hair look dull.  It will get rid of the oil from your scalp.  It will refresh and revive your hair with lift at the scalp.  It is gentle on your hair to use with the keratin treatment.  When you can wash your hair finally it would be in your best interest to use a product that has keratin in the shampoo and conditioner.  It keeps the treatment lasting alot longer than using just a regular shampoo.  You could even use the shampoo and conditioner if you didn’t get the treatment.  What it would do is calm your hair from the frizz.

Want Smoother, Silkier hair and is easy and faster to blowdry

The more you use the Marcia Keratin Treatment on your hair, the healthier it becomes with each Keratin Treatment. Smoothier and silkier, straighter and shinier hair makes it easier and faster to blow dry your hair. Your hair comes close to being “maintence-free”.
Treatment grabs ahold of the hair follicle with a keratin bond to promote healing and it helps to keep enviromental toxins, such as smoke, pollution and ultraviolet rays, from entering the hair.
Treatment is gentle enough to use on all hair types, color treated, bleached or highlighted.
My client who is shown in the picture has massive curly texture to her hair. This is her second treatment which I used the chocolate Marcia Brazilian Keratin treatment on her. Yes, it smells like chocolate. If you have an allergy to cinnamon, this chocolate treatment is not for you. Another treatment is the original from Marcia. But the chocolate treatment you have to wait 3 days to wash your hair and put it in a ponytail.
I used a small flat iron around her hairline and also as close as I could to her scalp. It does take along time to do this but the outcome is silkier hair as close to your scalp as possible. You have to be careful with shampoos and conditioners when you wash your hair. You cannot use products that have sulfates in them. It will wash the keratin right out of your hair. So you want to keep your investment. Marcia Keratin treatment has a shampoo and conditioner that has keratin in them. So when you use them you will keep your keratin treatment in your hair longer. If you have normal hair without color or you have chemically treated hair there is a shampoo and conditioner for you.

How to keep your Holiday Hair Color!

First you have to avoid the fade. The wrong shampoo makes haircolor fade fast. Make sure the shampoo you’re using is sulfate-free. This makes for a mild and gentler cleanser that won’t make you loose your new haircolor.
If you don’t have time for a full color appointment, a clear gloss can put life back into your hair. The clear gloss will also condition and enhance the sheen. Are you worried about your haircolor fading this winter/season? A time-saving solution is to add a few highlights to your hair. Highlights don’t take nearly as long as a touch-up appointment and strategic placement adds contrast that will make your color pop all over again.
Refreshing your color can just be from a shampoo that contains color in the wash to restore your hairs dulling hues. These shampoos are handy for extending the life of hair that has been dyed red.
If you’re worried about financial demands this season, I will try to come up with a Holiday haircolor plan just for you. I will try to save you time, money and unnecessary frustration.

How to love your Curls again!

"Love your curls"Let me help you learn how to embrace your curls! There is a proper way to style and care for your hair. On the Hollywood red carpets the last couple years, women are starting to let their curls be shown after a lifetime of straightening them. Curls are usually a love/hate relationship with my clients. I think that my clients get frustrated with the curls because they don’t know how to manage them. Curls right now are very big and undefined. Running fingers through your dry hair with a pomade will break up the curls. Whatever the style of your hair, hair health is important. Big and messy hair is good, but Big, Messy and Dry hair is not good. One must do in-home and in-salon deep conditioning treatments to KEEP YOUR HAIR LOOKING GOOD between cuts to smooth the cuticle. Haircuts can be scheduled between 6 to 8 weeks. Remember moisture and shine are the keys to beautiful curls. Hair Helpers!
