KeraSpa Brazil Natural Keratin Smoothing System 0% Formaldehyde

Keraspa Keratin TreatmentKeraSpa natural keratin smoothing treatment that now contains 0% Formaldehyde, Acai & Guarana fruit extracts with the addition of Argan oil.  It smooths and reduces the volume of the hair in an easy and natural way.  The treatment has combined two of Brazil’s natural assets, the Acai and Guarana fruits, with the newest technology of using amino acids, to provide women with their desired straight hair.  Once the smoothing procedure is completed, the hair cuticles are completely filled and sealed.  KeraSpa Natural smooths and reduces the volume of the hair.  The results are visible in the first application.

Argan oil is derived from the argan tree endemic of Morocco now mainly in the south-west.  Rich in vitamin E and antioxidants, it is widely used revitalizing this product brings shine to the hair while restoring its natural softness and silkiness.

Besides the numerous benefits of the Acai and Guarana fruit extracts, we added Argan oil.  KeraSpa smoothing treatment is rich in keratin, vitamin C, B1,B2, minerals, proteins, white clay and polyquarenium.  KeraSpa’s 0% formaldehyde formula straightens the hair not chemically but physically, using cysteine amino acids synergy.    The new combination regenerates and restructures the hair; therefore restores moisture, softness, brightness, vitality with a natural lasting smooth and silky effect.

This new KeraSpa system promotes curls relaxation and repairs damage caused by chemical processes in a single step.  Due to its ability to penetrate the hair fiber, it provides brightness, restoration, conditioning, and strength to the hair fiber that may already be damaged by chemical process.

Chemically treated hair, whether by color process or other relaxers or straighteners, will have better results using the KeraSpa Smoothing treatment, since the hair is already porous and the cuticles are already opened due to these processes.  Chemically treated fine or coarse hair, can achieve 100% efficiency results in the first application since the structure of the hair are already, altered due to the breaking of the disulfide bridges (structural links of the hair).

Most virgin hair has their cuticle layers and aligned.  The penetration and action of the treatment in this case becomes harder.  In virgin hair wavy frizzy hair, a volume reduction of up to 50% in the first application could be achieved.  The percentage will be greater after the second application. However, on virgin hair without volume and of smooth texture, 100% effectiveness could be achieved in the first application, leaving the hair smoother, aligned and well balanced.

You can get a chemical treatment like coloring your hair 2 days before or 2 days after the smoothing treatment.  The KeraSpa smoothing treatment results can last from 8 to 12 weeks; however there are some factors that can decrease the duration, such as excessive exposure to the sun, pool, sea water, washing your hair with a sulfate -free shampoo and conditioner and the constant use of hair bands.  Dry your hair with a dryer (movement top to bottom).  It is not necessary to use a brush.  This will allow your hair to stay straight.

Makeover your Hair and Scalp

Revitalizing of the hair and scalp safely removes minerals, calcium, magnesium, iron, copper from water.  It attaches onto the hair and scalp like a magnet.  Revitalizing removes discoloration caused by minerals, oxidizers and medications. It also removes heavy styling product build up.  Revitalizing stops oxidation from environmental elements (air, sun, water) that can damage (over-oxidize) your hair.  It fuses strength to the hair proteins and helps restore shine, volume and manageability.  It helps normalize exfoliation off the scalp layers, helps prevent dry, flaky, itchy scalp and replaces the need for clarifiers and deep conditioners that can other wise the hair dry and coated.

A few extensions

I have a client who flat irons her hair almost everyday. Her sides are so dry her hair is breaking off. I told her to give her hair a break. She doesn’t like her hair not flat ironed. She wants to keep her hair long but her sides are gradually getting shorter. The next thing I told her she could do is put some extensions on her sides. I would just be putting in some on her sides to match her back, so her hair doesn’t end up looking bi-level. This is one way if your sides are fine or thin to make it appear fuller. You are not looking at an expensive amount of money to put a few on your sides.
